I assume that link is provided in error against the wrong update cos for some reason they made this stupid update a bit later:
- Fixed first person spectators seeing particle effects on the wearables of the person they're spectating.
- Added the Pyro's "Foster's Facade" and "Stockbroker's Scarf" items as part of Tripwire's Twisted Christmas event.

If I were at a LAN and TF2 melted because of such a stupid reason I'd probably start a collection of Valve employee home addresses.
