Patch levels

Can we get the current patch numbers
for the games in the list- CS is a matter
of connecting to steam and waiting 3
hours, but I'm not up to spec of whats
needed for the others, so if the guys
that play them could post a patch level,
and (if your feeling Really helpful ! ) a
link to a download, it'd make my life a
lot easier

(I'm not asking for KF and CD to chase
everythink down - but the people who
want to play these games).

eg:
Battlefield 2 is currently at 1.22
there's an incremental patch on EA webby
or the full download ftp://largedownloads.ea.com/pub/patches ... ch1.22.exe
at 373Mb

There is usually an FTP server runing with the latest patches on. I would imagine the FTP will be available again.

yep, FTP will be available for patching.

I should remind you all, that steam games can only be updated through steam (afaik). Also, please remember to get setup for offline play

There is a very unorthodox way to load stuff up from someone else's Steam installation (me and Ragnor tried it with HL2: Lost Coast at the last LAN), but I really wouldn't recommend relying on it.

I've now added versions to the game info. once these are all populated, you will be able to see which versions we are using, and ensure you are patched to the same level. There will, as mentioned, be patches on the FTP server.
