Next LAN

Well, another LAN is over, and a new one is to be planned...
Due to various things in both Cyber
Dracs life and my own, it will probably be early next year before the next LAN. but as always, keep an eye on the website for more detilas

Always have a great time with you kind sirs and ladies. Surely there is a slim chance for another halloween party ?? If not maybe we could get together for some drinks,etc.

I'm certainly up to a social event since we have become so much of a community, technically LlamaSOCIAL 1 has already happened when myself, LittleGem and Kanonfodda decided to skive off work and bugger off to Alton Towers for the day
. Anything which involves less organisation from me is fine
.
Unfortunately neither of us are in a position to dedicate the amount of time required to organise a LAN in the latter half of this year, although based on the interest we'll do our very best to make LlamaLAN 8 the best yet. You never know LlamaSOCIAL 2 may be something we can sort out

We haven't forgotten ... it will happen ... but without a venue we can't make any plans, we only asked them for available dates IMMEDIATELY after the last event

my apologies to all LlamaLAN fans, I have been remiss in my duties of late. As many of you will be aware, I currently have my own little Llama to care for, and he is taking up a large portion of my time. I will however endeavour to get dates sorted for LlamaLAN 8 by the end of February.

Ignore the dates on the image - the events-list image was created some time ago and the dates were just there more as placeholders, on a temporary basis!
You chaps will get FAR more notice than that when the hall owner finally comes back to KF with some dates! I've taken off the image for now so there is no more confusion, and I'll put a replacement tomorrow.

You may have time to fix it yet.
Kanonfodda is busy hunting down the hut schedule-keeper, with a variety of sharp instruments, and we hope to have a date extracted from them soon... but even when we have a date I'm sure KF will set one that gives us all plenty of notice to organise ourselves.
