It has come to our attention that some of our glorious statements to the people (as seen above) are the target of a campaign of MISINFORMATION. The reassuring messages that your city administrators and the Ministry of Information put before the people are for the good of all, for order, for stability.

Despite our efforts to purge out any dissent so far, there appear to still be those amongst you who would deface the kind provision of such public messages.

The graffiti typically attempts to slander the good will and efforts of your city administrators, spreading laughable falsehoods and LIES.

The messages that the Ministry of Information produce are a guide. They assist in bringing us all to a greater, brighter, combined future. These terrible acts of graffiti ruin not only our advertisements at a superficial level, but ruin, in small but potentially significant ways, the smooth path to a future we are determined to bestow on you all.

Thus we urge you all to be vigilant and become our defenders. If you see any llama defacing one of our public messages, if you see anyone who talks about such a heinous act, if you see anyone who even looks like they COULD be the type,

1. Report your concern at the nearest surveillance terminal.
2. Provide evidence. Post the defaced work in the gallery titled 'LlamaLAN XV Promotions' by following these steps:
   1. Go to your site profile (top left link)
   2. Go to the Upload File panel
   3. Use the JumpLoader module to upload any and all examples of defaced artwork (don't forget to use the big 'up' arrow to upload all added files)
   4. Then go to the Uploads panel to see your new uploaded images
   5. Describe the time and place you saw this crime take place
   6. For the 'Gallery' drop-down, choose 'LlamaLAN XV Promotions'.
   7. And hit the 'Submit' button under the list of uploaded files.

And it would be beneficial if you then respond to this public address informing us of your efforts. To show an image from your uploads list, use the 'uploadimg' bbtag, placing the ID of the image in the tag. (Hover on the 'uploadimg' button above the forum reply text field for instructions.)
