Hello my friend and I are looking to come along our main concern is the game selection that will be played during the event?

Do you have a rough idea of what games are played at previous LANS?

My names Raphael btw AKA Reggie.

I normally play Half-Life Counter-Strike 1.6 and have just moved onto Counter-Strike : Global Offensive....do you think any of these will be played?

I also love a bit of Quake 3 / Left4Dead / but tbh I love most games.

Ive previously been to quite a few LANS all over the UK and some in Europe also....so would love to get back into it

Well the games you've just mentioned there are regularly in our top ten of most played, at least! And I personally play all in that list except CS

LlamaLAN events are organised in such a way that the attendees collectively make it what it is. Obviously you can't have a LAN without the players but beyond that, we rely on our players to inform us of their favourite/available games through their profiles, we don't make profits from this and we rely on funding via tickets to afford all the services and features that make our LANs unique and fun. The big teams change and shift per event and exist only to give everyone a sense of team-play and something significant to focus on throughout the event, whether you join us on your own or with a friend.

So, where is this blurb heading? Merely to inform you that you have a part in helping us decide what games appear in official tournaments We do deviate from the favourites list sometimes to try and mix it up a bit and try out games that are awesome for LANs that may have escaped general notice. But most times we use your games lists We usually await the cut-off and then make a decision from there.

Amusingly enough, the cut-off was achieved about 48 hours after the end of the last event... but we have a bit more groundwork to do before any official announcements!!

To get an even better indication of what you can expect, look at the latest event details summary page under the section 'OTHER GAMES'. This lists the top 12 games amongst our confirmed attendees.

awesome we are both looking forward to this itll be a good little LAN to the run up to i48 which ill also be attending but in a much more competitive manner....my clan will be attending.

Anyway ill take a look now...im pretty sure ill have most of the games in the list anyway haha.
