Just signed up and paid for 2 tickets but it wont let me assign two seats. Would one of your wonderful mods be so kind as to assign LL24 to Awenie (my misses)

Hiya,

If you go to your profile you can gift a ticket to your lovely lady:

http://www.llamalan.co.uk/profile/tickets/

From there, she will be able to use the ticket for the event and select her seat

Any issues, just post back and I'll help you sort it

Hey guys, bought two tickets last night for llamalan 23 but can't seem to assign them to seats. I've gone to my profile > tickets and nothing is appearing there. Could anyone assist? I'd like to nab LL11 and LL12. Cheers!

I'll post this as a starter for the basics, if you could tell us where you've reached in the process and we'll try and work it out from there ...

• Ensure you are logged in. If you're not, you'll see a link at the bottom of the screen 'REGISTER TO SIGN UP', or under the event info on the events page (http://www.llamalan.co.uk/events). If you are logged in, this will read SIGNUP FOR LLAMALAN (number). This link will guide you through this whole process.
• After signing up, the link will become 'BUY YOUR TICKET'. Use it, and you'll be asked how many tickets you want.
• Then you'll pay through paypal.
• You may see the link become 'USE A TICKET'. Use this link to become a confirmed attendee!
• The link will change again and invite you to 'CHOOSE YOUR SEAT'. So go do it.

Sorry about that, DNS problem on the webserver was preventing it from sending info to paypal. This should now be resolved
